Delano King Foundation is dedicated to serving the disenfranchised, changing their lives aided by the word of Christ, and helping them understand their God-given potential to lead a better life in God’s path. We build families for orphaned, abandoned, and less fortunate children across the globe. We work tirelessly to ensure that orphaned, abandoned, and less fortunate children, have a loving family and an opportunity to reach their full potential. We nurture that vital feeling of belonging while looking after each child’s needs and aspirations.
CHALLENGES FOR CHILDREN
A stable, nurturing, and Christ-focused environment lays the foundation for the healthy development of a child. Sadly, not every child has this advantage. Without a stable and Christ-focused family, a child faces the risk of violence, exploitation, and other life-threatening challenges. It is estimated that 220 million children – 1 out of 10 children worldwide – are at risk of growing up alone.
QUALITY CARE FOR CHILDREN
Delano King Foundation programs are guided by the scripture verse, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. (Matthew 25:40).” We are committed to helping orphaned, abandoned, disabled, and vulnerable children have a chance at a better life through direct physical and spiritual support. When children are abandoned or have no family, we give them a safe home where they can grow up to achieve their purpose – focusing on Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
